Few of us learn about aging, what it means to grow old, to be old, how important a gift a long life can be - is, could be.  Invite us to get the conversation started.

Much More Than a Walk! 12 sessions, 1 hour, 2 x week; 3 levels: Beginner, Stepping Up, and Keeping Pace!

​Highlights: 

Small groups (2-10) Gain additional health benefits from getting outdoors: Balance, strength, stretch, cardio! Group size depends on individuals' abilities.

Have a Ball!  A Physical Activty Workshop for Seniors​​, 1.5 hours introduction, optional: 10 session ball program, 2 x week

Highlights:

  • 100% hands-on fun

  • Learn simple ball exercises to increase:

    • Strength

    • Balance, and

    • Flexibility

  • Dress to be active

  • Friends and family welcome

  • All participants take home a latex-free exercise ball

  • Sign up for 10 sessions of a progressive exercises using small balls

Stand up for Better Balance, 12 sessions, 1.5 hours

​Highlights:

  • Balance assessments

  • Balance education: use it or lose it!

  • Progressive exercises to challenge and improve

  • Falls prevention education

Play with your brain! 6 sessions, 1.25 hours

Highlights:

  • Play is our brain’s favourite way of learning

  • Doing something new or differently engages all functions of the brain – at any age

  • Active, social, and fun

Our fees:

When you engage Aging is Good you are hiring qualified, trained, older adult specialists and seniors' fitness professionals who are dedicated to sharing our knowledge to help you live longer better.

 

Our fees are based on an hourly rate.

 

We also have a flat fee payment structure for session blocks which we discuss.
